Are You Ready To Seize Your Moment?

Are you IN POSITION to partake of and receive the blessing of God?  Are you ready to SEIZE THE MOMENT?

I was in a stock training class last night and we discussed BLACK MONDAY, 1987, the day when the market lost 22% of it’s value almost overnight.  This huge sell off caused panic, fear and sent many people jumping out of high rise buildings – after losing everything they’d spent a lifetime building. (Chart shows the huge drop)

 

Interestingly enough, the wealthy buyers rushed in to pick this up at wholesale levels!  Using a hidden market tool called Fibonacci, we found that the wholesale buyers came in at the bottom 62% retracement and at the grey 200 moving average.  They simply RUSHED IN on a golden opportunity to buy at wholesale.  (See chart below – and see where they bought).

While people were running for their lives, selling what was left of their retirement accounts, getting out of the market and suffering huge loss, these wholesale buyers would start a rally that would run until the year 2000.  (Notice the small circle on the chart below which indicates Black Monday – and the rally that followed)  This rally took the market from 220 to 1554 !

How can we learn from this example?  First realize that tragic events become opportunities to investors and wealth-minded seed sowers.  While most people are running away from tragedy, investors are running in to purchase at wholesale levels.  When the day comes that home prices, businesses and markets are dropping to new lows, investors are rushing in to buy at new wholesale prices.  Most people are running in fear when the successful and wealthy are rushing in.

Are you one who runs from bad news, or who runs into bad news looking for opportunity?  Once you can honestly answer that question, then you can make the changes necessary and prepare yourself for the next opportunity that “IS” coming.  The market WILL drop to a new wholesale opportunity.  Housing prices will drop to new wholesale opportunities.  Businesses will liquidate and sell at new bargain basement prices.  But when they do, will you be ready?  Just as in BLACK MONDAY, only those who were ready for the opportunity were the ones who seized the moment.  Are you ready for the moment?

If you’re not ready, I want to challenge you to QUICKLY make the adjustments and changes necessary to get into “readiness”. Time is of the essence – I don’t know how to impress this  upon you any stronger.

1. Get out of bad debt quickly, free yourselves as an animal who’s in a trap.
2. Set a rock solid plan of saving so you can get into a solid cash position.  Cash will be king in your near future.
3. Get collegiate level education from mentors and millionaires who can show you how to seize your upcoming opportunities.

I’m convinced that God does NOT give opportunities to His people who are not ready.  Honestly, 3 or 4 missed opportunities this year would be enough to drive you into depression, and God doesn’t want that for you.  Imagine if already this year you could have picked up a $50,000 for $20,000.  Then you could have picked up a $300,000 home for $175,000.  Then you could have bought a $20,000 motorcycle for $11,000.   Those three missed opportunities simply will not come to the unprepared.  However, they come all the time to those who are in cash positions and who are ready to “SEIZE THE MOMENT”.
